Arrived a little early but they took us right away for our appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. All went good. When we went to pay, they asked if we wanted to do the prepay for 3 oil changes for a price of $250, which would save us $50. We signed up for this as $50 is $50. Thank You. Everyone was very pleasant.

The actual repair job was great. My biggest problem was that when job was done, service department couldn't walk less than 100' to let me know. They called me to let me know. They knew that entire time I was in their waiting area.

The service department could not replicate the problem I am having with my heating system. Two days after I was there my car again has no heat. My service advisor Chris said he was documenting everything in case it happened again. I will be contacting him on Monday to take the car in again. I am leaving 1 star as my car was not repaired. My service advisor was great, but until my car is properly diagnosed & repaired the one star will remain.

The technician performing the oil change didn’t complete all the checks upon checking the document I received. Had to turn around and go back to dealership and have the engine air filter checked ( which I very important). Also one other filter unchecked. Your guys need to do their jobs. Mason was not pushy, but his personality and knowledge of the vehicle is what convinced me I was a the right Buick dealership. Carson in finance was very helpful & personable as well, explaining and offering many options. El Riego (not sure spelling) attended to the paperwork right before finance and explained everything in detail and gave me a tour of the facility. Austin even had to entertain me for awhile while the service dept looked into a question about the vehicle. Overall, this dealership was worth the hour drive to get there.

Came late for my appointment to have an oil change and tire retation. No problems, took the car right in to service. Asked if cilajet could be reapplied to front and rear bumper sine I had to have body repairs to them over 60 days prior, also no problems performed that service for me as well and notified me when the car was finished. We were owners of a Buick Enclave for 15 years and totally satisfied with the service of the vehicle. We needed to replace the vehicle and setup an appointment to review the vehicles on the lot for replacement. We were greeted by a salesperson, Collin Harmon, and manager, Marla Pearson. We had reviewed and test drove both the 2024 Enclave and the new 2026 vehicles. Collin was terrific at explaining all the options on the vehicle. He was very good at showing us the different options on the vehicle on the lot. We felt no pressure to buy on the spot. We were given our options and went home to think about our decision. After we made our decision, I called to let the dealership of our decision. When we returned to the dealership to pickup the vehicle, it was ready out front. Collin explained all of our options on the vehicle again, and Brad Vogelgesang, the finance manager, did a great job of finalizing our purchase with options available. We had great service.

The Jeff Perry team had to replace the gear shift and harness. The repair job took about 2 hours. Totally unexpected problem since my car is only 4 years old with only 42,000 miles. Luckily, I had extended warranty so I just had to pay the $100 deductible on a repair job that would have cost me over $740. It's smart to take out the extended warranty if you keep your car for several years.

we just bought a brand new car and had some weird noises in the moonroof when it rained only. They came in and blew out the drains. Hopefully it resolves the problem. We have not had a rain to test it yet. We were very excited that Stacey is working for you! We test drove multiple vehicles at multiple dealerships before making our decision. This dealership and salesman was by far the most efficient and upfront with pricing. We did not feel at all pressured into a sale. We appreciated open honest answers to our financing questions without the indirect answers that you often get at other dealerships. We were there on a very busy day so paperwork took quite a while, but that is the only criticism that I could even remotely find about our purchasing experience. Mason way amazing. I spoke with him & he was very knowledgeable & friendly. I was on the fence about coming in to check out the truck because I was thinking of going another direction or hiding off. But he sent me a video of the truck & I was like... That's a great looking truck! I'm going in to check it out. We went back & forth exchanging info about where we needed to be with the deal & it worked out so well. I couldn't be happier with everybody I interacted with at the dealership. The exterior of the business was clean & very organized. The showroom, while lacking vehicles except for 1,was clean & well organized. The bathroom was very clean. Went to the parts counter to ask about getting some accessories & I was taken care of right away. The sales manager, the finance guy & Mason were exceptional. There was another salesman that assisted me before Mason arrived. Younger guy..... He was also extremely friendly & a swerved whatever questions I had. I've pur chased alot of cars & trucks & motorcycles & I have to say, this deaership is at the top of the list on how well they communicated & worked the deal with me. Absolutely zero sales pressure, just a very enjoyable buying experience. The truck itself had a couple issues but they didn't give me any issues with wanting to get them corrected. I couldn't be happier with them so far.

Well went in for first oil change with our new car. Has only 5000 miles. Oil and filter was changed. Wife got car and oil trail out of service bay to where they parked Buick. Got in to head home all the warning lights on and low oil alarm going off. Found out it was a double oring from old oil filter stuck to oil pump than new filter oil bring. So in all wife spent 3 hours there. I did call left a nasty message and told them I want undercarriage spotless and a free oil change. They did do that and was honest. I know mistakes happen but that would of been a major costly mistake for not checking old oil filter to make sure oring is on old oil filter. Also when they started vehicle and inspected for leaks you would of noticed oil leaking right away.

Our sales person Dustin & our finance person Shawn were both personable, professional & responsive to our needs. My only complaint was that we were there for hours longer than was necessary because of a glitch in the GMC credit card rebate system. In the end the dealership gave us the rebate in a different way which we appreciated. But, there needs to be some plan set in place so when something like this happens a manager can step in and handle it in a timely manner without the customer being delayed by 2, 3 or more hours. Other that that, we love our new car and look forward to many new travel adventures in it.

Experienced difficulty starting my Buick by remote start, which at the time was in some extremely cold weather. Stopped into the dealership and talked to Collin Harmon whom we purchased the car from. Collin was able to see we had a check engine light on. He walked with us to the service department where we were able to schedule an appointment. Our appointment was right on time, and we received reminders ahead of time. The auto was quickly reset and taken care of under warranty. We had an efficient and timely fix to our 2026 Buick Enclave.
