Marla Pearson has been a dedicated member of the Jeff Perry team for 19 years and serves as our General Sales Manager. Throughout her career, Marla has been a driving force behind the success of our dealership, providing exceptional leadership, organization, and support for both our team and our customers. Her experience, professionalism, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of our organization. Beyond the dealership, Marla has proudly served the community as a Commissioner for the City of Ottawa since 2019. Her dedication to public service reflects the same passion and leadership she brings to her role at Jeff Perry every day. Outside of work, Marla enjoys traveling, vacationing, golfing when she has the opportunity, and attending concerts. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, James, and making the most of every adventure together. Brad Vogelgesang has been a valued member of the Jeff Perry team for the past 15 years, serving as our Business Manager. Throughout his career, Brad has been committed to providing exceptional service to both customers and coworkers, earning the respect of those around him through his knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude. His dedication has made him an integral part of our dealership's success. Brad and his wife, Genevieve, live in Dalzell and are the proud parents of three children, Luke, Henry, and Charlotte. Outside of the dealership, Brad enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching movies, and relaxing with their two dogs, Gerald and Piper. Brad is also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a graduate of St. Bede Academy, IVCC, and NIU. **Shawn Reger-Kendall** has been a valued member of the Jeff Perry team for the past year and a half, serving as one of our Finance Managers. With eight years of experience in the automotive industry, Shawn brings extensive knowledge, professionalism, and a customer-first approach to every interaction. His commitment to helping customers navigate the financing process with confidence and ease has made him an important part of our sales team. Outside of the dealership, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife and their four beloved pets. An avid outdoorsman, he loves hunting, fishing, and golfing whenever he has the chance. Originally from Tonica and now calling Oglesby home, Carson enjoys making the most of his time away from the dealership. Austin Ploch has been a valued member of the Jeff Perry team for the past five years, serving as a Product Specialist. Known for his friendly personality and commitment to helping customers, Austin works hard to ensure every guest has a great experience throughout the vehicle-buying process. His professionalism and dedication make him an important part of our sales team. Austin lives in Spring Valley with his cat, Opie. With 17 years of experience in automotive parts, Eddie brings extensive knowledge, outstanding customer service, and a strong commitment to supporting both our service department and our customers. His expertise and positive attitude make him an essential part of our daily operations. Eddie has called LaSalle home for the past 12 years and enjoys making the most of his time outside the dealership. Travel is another one of Eddie's passions. He's explored destinations across the country, including New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Florida.
